do I avoid getting a virus?
There is no easy and simple solution to being 100% safe from
viruses, although you can minimise the risk by taking some
sensible measures.
Install and regularly update some Anti-virus software. We
recommend Sophos anti-virus. Sophos automatically keeps itself
up-to-date.
As well as keeping your anti-virus software up-to-date it
is also important to keep your operating system up-to-date.

Do not open emails from people you don’t know or attachments
that you're not expecting. Most viruses are currently being
sent in emails.
